About me:
I am a solo mum to two young kiddos (Harper is 5 and Ollie is 6) with a background in health, interpretation and business. I home educate my kiddos and lead and active busy life.
My true passion is healthy nutrition for children and families because I believe that healthy habits start from a very young age and that all children should have access to the healthiest options possible. The young gut is of paramount importance for a healthier adult lifestyle and I believe we should invest in our kids’ health. As a result of my own hectic life, I understand how hard it is to ensure our kids get the best from us and value straight forward action.
My personal journey into optimal health started many years ago and has been a slow one and at times a lonely one. Because of this I understand the importance of having guidance and support throughout and that is why I invested in my training as a health coach.
I am certified in personal training, integrative nutrition health coaching and am currently finishing my precision nutrition and 200h yoga instructor training.
I am also a member of the UK Health Coach Association and insured by Ballens.
I enjoy running,yoga, swimming, cooking, sitting around a table with friends, outdoor walks, walking barefoot, reading and knitting (even though I can only knit scarves)
Extensive experience allows me to guide you. My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction.
My education and training have taken a clear path that focuses on coaching each client as a whole being instead of only body or mind, allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals.
